Gym Equipment Wholesale Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe an independent buyer-side sourcing coordination service. Using the website or submitting an inquiry does not create a manufacturing contract, purchase order, agency appointment, product approval, or guaranteed supplier relationship.

Service scope

We may help organize requirements, identify possible suppliers, request information, compare stated quotation scope, and coordinate procurement questions. We do not represent that we manufacture, own, stock, certify, test, install, or approve gym equipment. Suppliers remain responsible for their statements, quotations, documents, and products.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for accurate intended-use information, quantities, specifications, destination, timing, budgets, and acceptance criteria. You must arrange suitable technical, safety, installation, legal, tax, customs, insurance, and regulatory review. Do not treat general website content as advice for an exact product or facility.

Quotes and evidence

Prices, minimum order quantities, sample charges, tooling, availability, lead times, freight, taxes, pack data, and document status require supplier confirmation. Compare responses only on aligned product, set, packaging, and delivery terms. Exact-item evidence must identify the proposed configuration and revision.

Benefit eligibility

Any stated FREE sourcing support or benefit up to 3% is conditional. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after review of product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. It is not a guaranteed discount or lowest-price commitment.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized material. You confirm that you may provide submitted specifications and contact data. Website availability may change, and errors may be corrected without creating an obligation to transact.

Liability boundary
